Although it's known stress isn't good for our organism, how does it exacty affect our bodies? Well, stress can be much more harmful than we expect. Sometimes stress makes you depressed, which leads to a non-organized diet, which leads to discomfort and low self steem. We can reduce this by organizing our lives a little bit, in order to have some free time to spend by ourselves, actually.
Drink plenty of water
Water is also a very important factor, which helps our body detox. It's also a great (and very natural) body and facial moisturising, so make sure your diet includes the recommended quantity of water per day, which are 1,5 to 2 litres a day.
